ARC was born out of the need to bridge communities of color and women to middle-class jobs and quality housing. With its grants, ARC supports existing non-profit organizations that provide housing, community development, job creation, and education services for low-income individuals.
ARC utilizes innovative solutions for linking job creation through investment in neighborhood revitalization to successful pre-apprenticeship training that places people of color and women into careers in the building trades.
